Since the start of our partnership in 2006, RSM’s drive to support the DofE is based around an alignment in key values and their desire to be part of a team, helping close the opportunities and attainment gap and level the playing field. RSM helps tens of thousands of diverse young people across the UK every year – including their own young talent – build life-long belief in themselves, take on their own challenges, follow their passions, and discover talents they never knew they had.
As the UK recovers from the grip of a global pandemic, RSM understands the benefits that the DofE offers young people are more important than ever. Our partnership mission is to help young people, RSM teams and communities that RSM operates in get on the train for recovery to rebuild and reshape all our futures. Our partnership will bring teams together again - re-engage around a purpose of encouraging young people and employees to foster a learn and grow attitude – inspiring us all to make change in our local communities.
