DofE Wing Walk 2023
I'm taking on the challenge of a lifetime and wing walking to raise money to help transform the lives of young people with the opportunity to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award.
Having completed my Gold DofE Business Award this year I have seen first hand how valuable an experience it is. The award is challenging but extremely rewarding, it encourages personal development, teamwork, and the exploration of new skills and hobbies. It provides an opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone, push your boundaries and learn valuable life skills such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
I am extremely proud to be one of the 600+ young people at Amey to have taken part in the award since 2007 and would encourage anyone thinking of taking on this challenge to do so!

Gold Award Celebration - Buckingham Palace

Very grateful to Amey for providing me with such an amazing opportunity & supporting me throughout this journey.
Participating in The Duke of Edinburgh's Award has been transformative, challenging me to push beyond my limits and discover new strengths. Walking through the gardens of Buckingham Palace was a humbling experience that highlighted the power of dedication and teamwork.
Getting to speak with HRH The Duke of Edinburgh was definitely a milestone moment for me & an experience I will savour.
