I’m fundraising for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
I'm running the Bath Half Marathon to help raise vital funds for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award charity (DofE). I was initially involved in DofE as a participant and have been a leader for over 28 years. In this time I have observed first hand the positive impact that taking part in DofE has on young people, especially those who find other aspects of school challenging. The money I raise will help to ensure that more young people, particularly those facing financial and other barriers, with the opportunity to take part in the life-changing Awards programme, building their confidence and resiliance.Please help me by donating whatever you can to my fundraising page, any donation no mater how small will help me to reach my target and ensure that many more young people can benfit from taking part in the DofE and transforming their lives.
