So far...
Saturday 7th Mar Mt Strava app isn't recording everything that well but is also adding activities that I'm doing with our DofE groups during my working day, which I don't think can really count. I've just had a look through my Strava account and added up my activities outside of work and so far I've covered 42.8 miles, mostly riding my bike with a couple of walks thrown in 😊
Day 1 of the challenge
Sunday 1st Mar Got up early this morning and went out on my bike. Ended up doing a 10 mile ride around Crawley and then went to the gym this evening and completed a 1 mile run in the pool, this takes the weight of my injered knee but means I can still run 😁A good start to the challenge 🤗 ShareThank you to my Sponsors
