I’m fundraising for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award

My Journey with Duke of Ed started at 14 and is still ongoing today. I owe a lot to it so I'm taking part in the DofE Do it 4 Youth Step Challenge walking, running or wheeling 120 miles (I'm doing 250 and if I beat that I'll adjust a new target) throughout March, raising vital funds for the DofE charity more young people facing financial barriers can access the life-changing Awards programme and transform their lives.  Please support me by sponsoring as much as you can.

My Updates

Day 5

Thursday 5th Mar
Another walk, run and swim today. Couldn't do as far as yesterday as I was tired but still a solid effort.

Day 4

Thursday 5th Mar
Today was a tad hectic. Got a new dog and went on a massive run/walk with her. Then in the evening went for a swim as I'm prepping for the Geographe Bay Swim

Day 3

Wednesday 4th Mar
I went for a 8km around South Yunderup and finished with 2.5km swim in the pool.

Day 2

Wednesday 4th Mar
Today I ran around Point Peron which was difficult with the changing inclines. The steps almost killed me but worth it.

First Day....

Sunday 1st Mar
Started at 6.30am and walked the 18 hole at Links Golf Course in Port Kennedy. Should have been just over 4 miles but I spent a lot of time looking for my golf ball.
