Connie and I are taking part in the DofE Do it 4 Youth Step Challenge by aiming to walk 100 miles throughout February and March, hoping to raise £100 in funds for the DofE charity so more young people facing financial barriers can access the life-changing Awards programme and transform their lives.

We have both really enjoyed doing our Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh award together and we are looking forward to completing our Gold Duke of Edinburgh in the summer! We have experienced first hand the challenges and fun that this experience gives to young people, therefore we would love to help give other people the same amazing opportunity!

We are both Young Leaders with Girlguiding which has provided us with lots of skills including teamwork, problem - solving and leadership which link directly with the award. Through our involvement in Girlguiding, we have been able to complete our volunteering section, complete our Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award and prepare for Gold with them this year!
